We are shipping all orders in 2-3 working days after buying. If there is a bigger delay feel free to contact us. :)

Packages that are shipped with Fed Ex or DPD are all insured for their order price.

If you choose shipping option Czech Post we sadly cannot provide insurance, with this option they also can be some problems with tracking and delays.
